Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, but the noise from the hot tub nearby was a bit of a nuisance at times. The service was super friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to various attractions, but the ongoing renovation was a slight inconvenience. The dining was good overall, though the continental breakfast was a bit misleading. Facilities were satisfactory, with some minor issues to consider.
The hotel is conveniently located on Banff Ave, making it easy to access restaurants and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms are cozy but a bit tight for four people, with some unique features. The service was satisfactory but could have been more accommodating. The location is great for exploring nearby dining options and being close to attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with room for improvement in variety. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
The hotel has a great location near the town center and provides modern, spacious rooms with basic amenities. The service is friendly but lacks privacy at times. Overall, a convenient choice for exploring the beautiful Banff area.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a great view from the balcony where I could relax. The service was outstanding, especially when they rectified a perfume issue with the room. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed, and the dining experience though basic was satisfactory. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay comfortable.
The hotel offers cozy and spacious rooms that were ready earlier, which was convenient for us traveling with a 6-month-old baby. The service was helpful, especially when dealing with an issue with a room. The location was amazing, close to downtown and the next day's hike. The dining experience was decent, with breakfast changing daily. The hotel provides laundry facilities.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while relatively small, were cozy. The service, especially by Damien, was good but with some timing issues. The location was convenient for exploring the town, but the check-in process was challenging. The dining options were passable, though not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel was a bit secluded from the main area and the rooms were not overly fancy, but the service was efficient. However, the on-site dining could be crowded with long lines for simple items, and the location was a bit far from downtown. The proximity to the kid-friendly spa and great breakfast room redeemed the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms had cleanliness issues, but they were comfy and had an amazing view. The service was quite helpful, although there were some initial challenges with the room. The location was a wonderful surprise, but there were some delays in fulfilling certain requests. The dining experience was good, but with limited options. Overall, it was a fair deal for the price paid.
The hotel is a cozy gem, with beautifully decorated and spacious rooms located conveniently close to the elevator for easy access. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, helping with recommendations and ensuring a smooth check-out process. The location is fantastic, offering a warm and family-friendly atmosphere within walking distance to great restaurants.
This hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with a friendly service, though the dining options may be limited. The location is convenient with a few minor drawbacks. Overall, good value for money.
I found the hotel to be a pleasant stay overall. The rooms, although not overly fancy, were comfortable and conveniently located on the 1st floor near the elevator, which was a relief after a tiring day of travel. However, the rooms lacked a bit of light. The service, provided by a mix of young individuals with varying attitudes, was generally pleasant, but there were instances of privacy invasion that were concerning. The location was good, being close to the town center but away from the hustle and bustle. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were decent.
